The connection to the GTR
postprocessor
is providing automation to the greatest extent next to a variety of additional adjustment parameters
which can be modified directly from within PASCAM
Bea. The GTR postprocessor

GTR mbH is
specialized in developing efficient, proven and economical CAM postprocessors for all common CNC
woodworking machine centers. Relying on a their own GTR tool and technology database, a
very high grade of automation is available for all 3 and 4 axis CNC machines.
The postprocessor specific parameter specification is enabling the control and
CAM program generation for multiple machines from different woodworking CNC
machine manufacturers.
The GTR tool and technology
database allows the compilation of all relevant tool data and technology data.
These data are used by the GTR-post processor to generate optimized NC programs
for each machine. In addition to the standard parameters any other parameters can be
freely configured in this database. This allows the adjustment of the database
to very specific tasks, and therefore to an optimized machining of parts. User
configurable additional tables enable i.e. the compilation of router feed and
speed values depending on wood type and grain direction.
The powerful GTR postprocessor
also offers toolpath verification in simulation with user defined drill banks
and router tools when generating the CAM program.
PASCAM Bea
is using the proven GTR DCV
file format as a direct interface.

based machining solution 'GTR Nest Management powered by PASCAM
Bea', developed by our CAM partner GTR.
